Your music is ready. Is everything else?

Two paths to choose: how you present yourself, and what goes out with a release.

01 · Presence

Presence: your visual identity, creative direction and EPK.

No clear look, an EPK nobody finishes reading, artwork that changes every time you post. Presence fixes that once, in one focused engagement, so every release after this one starts from a place that already works.

01

Color palette & typography

The visual system behind every post, cover and video: palette, type, and how they get used consistently.

02

Artwork & platform direction

Direction for covers, thumbnails and profile assets, so Instagram, Spotify and YouTube all look like the same artist.

03

Creative direction & moodboards

The concept and the visual references that guide how the project looks and sounds, settled before anything gets shot, written or designed.

04

Feed & digital presence planning

How your profile reads at a glance: grid order, bio, links, the layer people see before they hit play.

05

EPK, bio & one-sheet

Short and long bio, a high-res photo, music and video in one click, highlights, contact and links, all in one document, ready to send the day we finish.

How it works

Discover

One conversation where you tell us the music, the story and where this identity needs to hold up. This briefing sets the goal, everything after is built against it.

Define

We build the identity around what you told us, not a template.

Deliver

You get the finished assets, ready to use, not a set of options to keep deciding on.

Leave with a professional identity you use for every release after this one, not a one-off.

02 · Release

Release: strategy, materials and content for one launch.

Content built the week before a release rarely lands, because it was made in a rush, not planned. Release is mapped from the first conversation and produced without us needing to be on site, so nothing gets improvised at the last minute.

01

Release strategy & content plan

What goes out, in what order, before and after launch day, mapped from the first conversation, not improvised week to week.

02

Press release & launch materials

The press release and everything that goes with it, ready before you need it.

03

Cover art & photo direction

Direction for the artwork and the photo assets, so the release looks like one thing, not a collage.

04

Social content, cut remotely

Posts, clips and video content for the launch window, directed and edited from footage you shoot on your end, so we never have to be in the room to make it work.

05

Bio & context materials

Updated bio and context materials for press, venues, festivals and partners, whenever the release calls for it.

How it works

Plan

One conversation to define the release date, the goal and what "done" looks like, then we map every piece against it.

Produce

We direct and finish the content remotely, working from what you send us.

Launch

Everything is ready before the date, not assembled the week of.

Leave with a launch that looks planned, because it was, start to finish.

Start with Release

Every project starts with a short conversation. Scope adjusts to what you need, not the other way around.

Presence + Release, one artist

Canary used both.

Canary, the artist identity built with UMMONTE

Presence

Canary is the artist identity built with Sarina Bakker: branding, visual identity, digital presence, feed planning included.

Release

For her Bali launch, Release covered it entirely, remotely: direction, edit, color, EPK. We were never in Bali.

Two documents do most of the work of getting a release noticed: the press release and the EPK. Here is what each one is for, and what goes inside.

01

Press release

Gets your release noticed.

One page, sent one to two weeks before it comes out. Headline, lead, context, quote, facts, bio with contact.

How we work with artists

We work as a creative partner in the development, production and release of projects. We are not a manager, a booking agent or an ad agency.

  1. Discovery. Understanding the artist, the music, the story and the goals.
  2. Identity. Defining or strengthening the artistic and visual identity.
  3. Production. Music, video and photography.
  4. Content. Material for each platform.
  5. Release. Visual support for campaigns and launches.
  6. Presentation. EPK, one-sheet and professional materials.
  7. Review. Looking back at what worked and deciding the next project.

Working with partners

Paid advertising, booking and career management are better left to people who do them every day. We do not offer those ourselves, but we work with partners who do.

Common questions

Before you reach out.

What's the difference between Presence and Release?

Presence is your identity, built once and used everywhere. Release is everything tied to one specific launch. Most ongoing artists end up using both, like Canary did.

Can I start with just one piece?

Yes. Tell us in the first conversation. Scope adjusts to what you actually need first.

How does CADENCE fit in?

CADENCE is a 60 day mentorship program: we build your identity and your next launch together with you, session by session, so you come out knowing how to keep running it yourself. Presence and Release stay the direct option when you want the work done for you, start to finish.

How fast does this move?

There is no fixed calendar. Once the briefing call defines the goal, we scope the timeline against your release date or your deadline, not the other way around. If you have a hard date, tell us in the first conversation.

Do you need to be where I am?

No. Release is built to work entirely remotely, directed from footage you send us, the same way we did it for Canary's launch in Bali. Presence works the same way: everything is built from a conversation and the material you already have.
