CADENCE  ·  60 DAY MENTORSHIP  ·  A FEW SPOTS EACH CYCLE

Coming soon · A private mentorship program

The next cycle opens soon.

A private 60 day mentorship program where we build your release, and the system behind it, together with you. A small number of spots each cycle, priced for real individual access. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when it opens, with early access and a founding rate that won't be public.

  • A diagnostic and a strategy built only for your goal, not a generic checklist
  • The full goal broken down into a real, ordered 60 day task list
  • Two private calls a week so nothing sits untouched for long
  • We build it together, session by session, so you know how to keep running it
  • A system and routine you keep running after the 60 days end

Your goal is clear. Your plan isn't. Yet.

Whatever stage you're at, there are a thousand things pulling your attention away from the work that actually moves your project forward. CADENCE's job is to turn your goal into a system we execute together, day by day, for 60 days.

    The method

Seven letters. Seven steps. One system.

The name gave us the structure. C-A-D-E-N-C-E, seven moves that take a goal all the way to a routine you don't have to think about anymore.

    Step · C

    Clarify

We get specific. Not “I want to grow,” which is a feeling, not a goal. The real objective, your current situation, priority projects, resources, limitations, deadline, and what “done” looks like for you.

    Step · A

    Architect

The goal becomes a strategy. Positioning, visual direction, content, release plan, distribution, and exactly who you're trying to reach.

    Step · D

    Deconstruct

The strategy breaks into projects, deliverables, tasks and subtasks, small enough that you always know what to do next, why, and what it depends on.

    Step · E

    Execute

We run the plan together. Doing the hands-on parts with you, teaching exactly how, correcting in real time, documenting as you go, so you know how to keep it running.

    Step · N

    Navigate

Every week we check what actually happened against the plan. What's finished, what's blocked, what's working. The plan gets corrected here, on real information.

    Step · C

    Continue

You leave with routines, not just ideas. Documented processes, templates, a calendar and a system that still make sense without us in the room.

    Step · E

    Evolve

We close the cycle looking forward. What did these 60 days teach you, and what's next: run with it on your own, or start a new CADENCE cycle elsewhere.

    You'll leave with

A clear goal, a real strategy, a 60 day plan mapped task by task, and the routine to keep running it.

    The program

One cycle. Sixty days. We build it together.

There's no light version and no discount tier. CADENCE runs as one complete cycle, for a small number of artists at a time, because a shorter version, or a bigger room, wouldn't get you through all seven steps in a way that actually sticks.

Modules, when your goal needs them

None of these are sold separately. The system decides which ones your goal actually needs, and you learn to run whichever ones apply.

    Cadence Visual

    Branding, identity and visual direction.

    Cadence Content

    Content strategy, production and system.

    Cadence Release

Planning and producing a release together, so you also learn to run it yourself.

    Cadence Marketing

Positioning, content and campaign planning. No paid ads, ever, we work with partners for that.

    Cadence AI

    Automation, workflows and proprietary tools.

    Cadence Education

Guides, templates and material to speed things up.

    Sound familiar

Your project is ready. Your plan isn't.

You know what you want. The single, the visual identity, the show people talk about. What's missing is the bridge between wanting it and doing the work, week by week, until it's done.

    This is for you if

    • You're ready to do real work between calls, not just watch and hope
    • You have releases happening but no real structure behind them
    • You make strong work but never organized the plan around it
    • You're a band or project that needs to actually divide responsibilities
    • You want to use AI and automation without losing creative control

This is not for you if

    • You want us to manage your career or act as your manager. We're a creative partner, not a manager
    • You want booking or shows arranged for you. We work alongside partners for that
    • You want paid ads run for you. We work alongside partners for that too
    • You're not ready to actually do the work between calls
    • You want the full production handled for you, start to finish, without being part of it. That's Presence and Release, our hands-on services

    Where this comes from

Built from years of real work, not a whiteboard.

Two backgrounds that turned out to fit together almost perfectly.

    Jardel, UMMONTE co-founder

    Music, Film & Production

    Jardel

Producer and musician before he ever picked up a camera. Filmmaker, photographer, editor, sound designer, director, and a longtime student of the music business, how releases actually perform and what separates an artist who breaks through from one who doesn't.

    Aline, UMMONTE co-founder

    Design, Product & Systems

    Aline

Trained in advertising, with years of experience as a developer and designer building products and marketing systems inside major brands. Also an artist and a DJ herself, so she knows the exact tension between making the work and running the business around it.

    Common questions

    The honest answers.

Is CADENCE right for me if I'm just starting out?

Yes. CADENCE works for artists early in their work who want a real foundation, and for artists with releases already happening who never had the structure to match. The strategy is built around your goal either way.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Two private calls a week, plus the work you agree to between them. CADENCE is not a course you watch passively, it's a plan you execute with us.

Do you do the work for me, or do I do it?

We build it together. CADENCE is a mentorship program: we work on your identity and your next launch with you, session by session, teaching as we go, so you also come out knowing how to keep running it. When you want the work done for you entirely, that's Presence and Release, our hands-on packages.

Is there a shorter or cheaper version?

No. CADENCE runs as one full 60 day cycle, for a small number of artists each time. There's no light version, because a shorter cycle wouldn't get you through all seven steps of the method in a way that actually sticks.

Do you manage my career, book my shows, or run my ads?

No. CADENCE builds the strategy, the plan and the system underneath your work. For booking, career management or paid advertising, we work alongside partners who specialize in exactly that.

What happens after the 60 days end?

You leave with a continuity plan, documented routines, templates and a system built to keep running without us in the room. Some artists run with that on their own. Others start a new CADENCE cycle in a different area of their work.

What does joining the waitlist actually get me?

First access when the next cycle opens, and a founding rate that won’t be made public once CADENCE is generally available.
